A Little about darcy…

Growing up around horses and riding multiple disciplines, Darcy cultivated a love for horses and a passion for learning. Along the way she developed a desire to help others and their horses, and thus stemmed a career as a trainer and riding instructor. Working alongside various trainers, instructors, veterinarians, and other equine professionals, Darcy developed training methods to build confident, balanced, safe horses and began to educate both owners and riders.

Darcy has over twenty years of professional experience including starting young horses, working with horses that have behavioral issues, and rehabilitative training. She utilizes a focus on biomechanics for horses and riders to improve balance, athleticism, and way of going for all disciplines. Using methods that horses naturally understand and building a strong foundation from the ground up has helped Darcy excel in the industry as a quality instructor and reputable trainer. By teaching using a “learn-do-learn” approach, she can connect to both rider/owner and horse, leading to many successful relationships and satisfied clients.
